When should I order my Wedding Invitations & Favors?
We recommend that your Invitations should be ordered a minimum of 4 months ahead of your Wedding, and your Favors, a minimum of 1-2 months ahead of your date.

Are the low prices shown on-line available in your storefront locations?
We sometimes offer on-line and in-store specials, so prices may differ.

How long does it take to get my order in?
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, depending on the item(s) ordered. Non-invitation orders will arrive within 2 to 8 business days depending on your location and preferred shipping method. Personalized/Custom/Engraved orders may take slightly longer. Rush Service Available. Invitations may take between 3 to 10 business days depending on your location and preferred shipping method. We will inform you by email when your order has shipped and will also provide you with tracking number(s) whenever possible. You will be notified of any Backordered, Out of Stock or Discontinued Items.

What is your Exchange/Return Policy?

Your purchase is 100% guaranteed...everyday!
We hope you love everything you order from Sealed with a Kiss! Should you be less than happy with anything else you've ordered, please return it to us within fourteen days of your original receipt and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product. All exchanged/returned items must be in new condition including both product and packaging. Prior to requesting an exchange or return, please contact our Customer Care Department by email or phone for an exchange/return authorization number. Please also indicate the reason for exchange or return. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without an exchange/return authorization number. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method and include your authorization number on your invoice. We cannot accept any returns on Personalized/Custom/Engraved items or Apparel that has been worn. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Is there a minimum amount to order Invitations & Favors?
Most Invitations are sold in quantities of 25. Our minimum order for the majority of our Favors is 25 pieces. Please refer to item descriptions for more information.

If I order my Invitations on-line through your site, can you Address & Mail them for me?
Yes! Our Calligraphy & Mailing Service is only available for local customers who are ordering their
Invitations on-line at Sealed with a Kiss and are able to deliver their envelopes to our stores.
